The Lawyer. Michele Vaira, from 17 to 22 February 2014, was away to Seattle to attend the annual meeting of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, of which he is a permanent member.
Together with Gen. Luciano Garofano, he gave a report entitled: “The Amanda Knox case: a new scenario after the Supreme Court Verdict”, updating the Academy on the evolution of the procedure in Italy. An abstract of the intervention was published in the prestigious 2014 collection of the AFS.
